It is NOT Manipulation. Someone is trying to sell off 3million+ shares to the investor that was on the 13's Bid that was showing. The showing Bid was for 20k... = pretty small,, so the MM sold the order to him = it ended up being a total of 28,971 and now the rest of that order is on the 13's = 0.0013 x2,990,000 = NO Manipulation was involved... It was just a partial order filled so farRr.
