Let me ask the question: If MSGi were not planning on moving forward then why wouldn't they file for bankruptcy or whatever needs to happen so that they are no longer trading entity. Seems odd to me that they would allow the company to continue to trade OTC without just terminating the company. Again, I have no clue how this all works - just asking the question to anyone that knows how OTC companies work - what is the process?
