I'd like to propose an idea for 'constructive' thought and/or debate.

From the PR announcements we know that WNTR owns at least 20% of I-texts through their portfolio company Global Marketing Services LLC (*will refer to as GMS).

We also know that GMS has majority control of I-texts.

To make it easier here's a for instance (not necessarily fact, simply a theoretical)...

If GMS owns 80% of I-texts, and WNTR owns 20% of I-texts, through GMS being a portfolio company, WNTR, in effect, owns 25% of GMS.

Now, for discussion.

We know Frank is spinning off companies to list on their own and judging by the currently listing GCHI, and his numerous remarks about up-listing, we can surmise that he may wish to list I-texts on a major exchange.

We know that I-texts had their major nationwide campaign rollout about 6 months ago, and even though I can't seem to find information regarding the length of time I-texts has been in business, It is fairly safe to assume IMO that they do not meet the requirements to list on an American major exchange such as the NYSE or Nasdaq.

We also know that FK has PRed about 2 separate funding commitments for $30 million dollars.

Although hotly debated, there have been a few theoreticals of I-texts potential earnings profiled by some of the investors here.

Saying that, some, such as myself, see a mega advertising company in the initial stages (ramping up very quickly IMO) which, if the suggested earnings potential is even remotely accurate would be a powerful investment interest for 'Big Money' and would be a prime candidate for major exchange trading.

Here is the thought: Is it possible for GMS (having majority control of I-texts) to up-list (receiving the $30 million funding through being a WNTR portfolio company) based on I-texts revenue potential, and sufficient regulatory historical earnings of GMS?

If anyone has any information/DD on Global Marketing Services LLC that they can share it would be greatly appreciated.
