I stated what was in the SEC filings - I didn't say there wouldn't be a reverse merger.

Who knows it depends on how it fits into their latest scam.

I stated clearly that according to the 8-K NOHO shareholders will be taken out by the reverse merger.

Too bad you got stuck with 100 million shares of worthless shares.

The NOHO shell is tainted as it was ALZM at one time. So they must think it is worthless and need to do a reverse merger.
