Based on this new information and the return of the previously NVS partnered drug my most conservative model (simple variations of your assumptions for the most part) has the stock fully valued roughly around today's close.

At this point for me it is about sales #'s and 493. Will be interested to see the market reaction.

I had sold some from an IRA today as a matter of course based prior estimates and strategy. A goodly chunk of the taxable holdings are now long term, some tax lots from January still need a few months.
