But if Apple did screw up and GTAT suffered for it GTAT may have reason to sue Apple.

It would explain the fuss over confidentiality.

The ideal situation would then be fore Apple to make up with GTAT and fund some R&D.

All speculation - but we do know something funny is going on here.
