Seems funny to me that Tony has managed to " sidestep " the SEC Whistleblowers & court system so many times. WHY do they not have enough info. on his failures and SCAMS against shareholders/investors to take him down IF he has truly been doing it???

Most of these CON ARTISTS are caught after one or two events but what your saying is Tony has been at it about a dozen times now and still is alive and kicking.

Seems to me he is doing a real good job at staying one step above the law 99.999% of the time the way you describe it.

So how do you go about nabbing an individual such as this if they are TRULY doing something WRONG???
