if I were King Solomon I would think of it as TWINS...no cutting in half..

well, limiting it to only picking a player TWICE gives a picker 8 players to pick with 1 freebie...that's 9 picks out of the top 10 players...

if the top ten players always win or are in the top ten then your OK...
