At this point, my belief is that IDLM will be sold. Marcus booted Raphy out and was apparently all manic gangbusters about how he was going to get the stock and the company cranking.

I gotta think that he has once again sunk into depression over having to run this company, with even showing up at the office being an in-his-face reminder of having gotten taken in on going public. Plus, we need to face reality. If he couldn't pull his own weight when Haddock was there, how on earth is he going to do his job as well as Haddock's? He hasn't even managed to file some numbers over at OTC for heavenssake.

No. I think the reality of what Frasier was taking on probably hit him a month ago, and that reality refuses to magically get better by itself. And Frasier must know that he doesn't want to invest his own time and effort into fixing it. So, I think he's about to get much more receptive to offers.

Will he just sell his own shares and confer a controlling interest onto a new management team that will run IDLM? Will he negotiate a buy-out deal that effectively prices our shares at what he can get? Time will tell.

But I'm not looking at the prices here and the 100 or 200 share trades. I'm thinking that within the next six months we are going to be delivered from this nightmare of an investment. And I remain quite upbeat about how much we are going to get. I am NOT going to sell, and might even buy more if IDLM dips low enough during tax loss selling.

Of course, Frasier might surprise me and actually make some smart moves and put in the requisite amount of his own time to make IDLM better. Maybe we'll see a flurry of PRs. Maybe he will figure out how to file numbers over at OTC (if he is even still maintaining a set of books). Yes, maybe Frasier will grow up and embrace his role as CEO. But I'm thinking that Frasier is not up to the challenge. Pokemon card trading seems to be more his speed these days.

But he is one very smart guy, and he knows that IDLM is worth a ton of money if run properly. And I think he understands that now is the time to "crap or get off the can."
