Finally !! IDCC gets to find out if it's patents are valid, infringed and what a jury thinks they are worth without the political interference by government and the political parties. Of course, we are still exposed to jury bias on awarding large damages to a small company, but at least we'll finally have a chance for some reward for our "engine and transmission".

P.S. Nov 32.5 puts could be bought for about $00.25 per share and Nov 35 puts are about $00.50 per share, if anyone wants to protect their downside.
