I would say that the Aruda deal tells us one thing for sure. Dr. M believes in "K". If he didn't believe, he could have tried to structured the deal to be more heavily weighted toward "K" results. The dispute was over one drug and the settlement was for half of Dr. M's ownership in the entire company. Could you see a large Pharma inking that deal? I believe it was also motivated by a desire to remove a possible roadblock to future deals prior to uplisting plans.
