LMAO..Ray has been sending the same BS letter to individuals for years...I have a copy of almost the same identical email from years ago before he split MDIN 3 times in a 5 year span.

He believes his police experience exonerates his share dumping.

The only results anyone needs to see here are where his stocks are today....look at a chart for any of the following:

IFHR....has not traded a share in 6 months, went completely dark.

ANAS...pumped and dumped on a fake MJ product ( 5 Hour High ) and a share buyback...neither happened and shares went from .0085 to .0001...they will reverse any day now. Has gone dark as well

MNZO....this was just split last month again....and you can see the results after the split and where it is headed again....another pump and dump

MDIN...chart is almost exactly the same as ANAS....I do give them credit for launching the Snorenz medicated, but now this has reached it's limits and will never get out of trips again...

Ray is a SCAM artist.....he provides capital for these start ups and then bleeds them dry, forcing them to come back and finance even more shares. He appoints his puppets into each firm, shuffling them around every 6 months.
