Focus...

We need to focus our attention better than we are doing. We have too many side issues going which dilute whatever effort we need to try to help our current situation. We can not do much of anything about the NCE and we need to stop litering the board with posts on the subject. Let it go.

I ignore most of Wills posts about FDA regulatory activity including CPs and all the regulatory nonsense. We are not going to beat the FDA at its own game on its own field.

The science up to a point is useful, but since the FDA is conviently ignoring about 90% of the science, we can not rely on that.

We are left with four issues. The first is the rescission of the SPA, its timing, its legality, should the company continue the appeals process. The second is the REDUCE-IT trial, how long will it run before we know the answer about CVD risks. The third is the financial state of the company, and how long can they remain solvent. The fourth is what we can do to help the company deal with the first three issues.
