The deal appears to be neither positive or negative at this point. When it was first announced, the fact that it was a big surprise and created a new largest shareholder was viewed by some (including me) as negative. "Big surprises" are often viewed with skepticism.

I got over my initial view rather quickly, but still think it likely that a board position awaits Mr. Aruda. I guess along about March we will find out his intentions, when it becomes possible for him to start selling....
