It will only process concentrate if Plasmafication, RTC, USPR and/or the management and directors of USPR (who happen to be owners of both RTC and Plasmafication) can get their act together and upgrade their facilities. How long have we been waiting for the upgrades to happen? How long since we've gotten an update on the progress?

We've all been hoping for an update on this issue very soon for a really long time. How long has it been with absolutely nothing said by USPR about it???
