For the first time in a long time, I felt like MNTA has actually out-lawyered TEVA. MNTA's attorney was lucid, relaxed and light-hearted, and drove home his points clearly and relentlessly. Both the government and the TEVA attorney's sounded more stilted and uncertain of their arguments and themselves.
My quick back of the envelope count had 4 Justices apparently clearly leaning Sandoz/MNTA, and only 1 clearly leaning TEVA. I'll go back and listen again to get the last 4 nailed down.
I'm in the suprising position of thinking MNTA might actually win a court case. If so, then its a question of timing . . .
