This is nothing more than boilerplate which a lot of OTC companies have in their reporting.USPR has been using Private placements to raise funds and will continue doing this until they have an institutional partner.
It all comes down to Gold and how much they have.You claim none,which is incomprehensible,but no one knows for sure how much is on the 37000 acres.
We will know a lot more relatively soon.
