I think Mr. McHenry is using the "REPORTING REQUIREMENTS" for OTC Pink filing as a Going Concern to his advantage. Once we see "Audited Financials" and get Up-Listed....The reporting requirements require more detailed information to be filed....bottom line for now is the "Increased Revenue stream reporting $5Million on the Annual that was just released...If the $ 5M number is met or exceeded for the 1st Quarter due now(Past Due)will be welcomed and amazing....We shall find out more information as we move forward....
