I think the filings are OK. It's Stan Lee and Gill Champion (more likely Gill) that are the problem. I think they spend money to keep the company at breakeven or unprofitable. I think they think paying taxes is bad.

I think the shady part is Stan and Gill not allowing shareholders to vote and paying themselves huge salaries, when they are probably only working part time. (edit) And, probably some of Stan's side deals for getting paid for appearances and autograph signings particularly if POW! is paying him to be somewhere or for his transportation, or paying his assistant to be with him. Edit) There are probably even more shady things, if I took the time to think about it, so I agree with you...
