We ARE concentrating on finding treasure. We have three ships over the site, digging every chance they can, and going full throttle. If, at the same time, the company attorney spends time on this case, that doesn't distract the divers in ANY way from going after the treasure. Don't think that if we are protecting our name that it means all divers must stay out of the water or that the company is not focused on site #3 because of it. Just not true.

And people saying we have found nothing yet, because we have not PR'd it yet, is an assumption that just can't be made. Have we found anything? I don't know. But neither do they. To say we have not, with any sort of authority, is to come to a conclusion that can't be made. I feel that if we DID find something, and something GOOD, we would work it and work it and work it Before we come out with the PR, to prevent issues of people invading the site before we finish digging out a particularly good hole. Again, I am not saying we found one. Until the company tells us, we don't know. But I can't say we have NOT found one either. Neither can anyone else on the board here.

Personally, I'd like to read a PR that says we have applied for the salvage permit. Although our permit has a conversion clause in it that ones in the past did not, we still need to notify the state to DO that conversion, and I'd like to hear we applied for that clause, or even had it approved. It wouldn't mean we found treasure, but it would ease some nerves over whether we can keep 80% of the finds or not, and give new life in the SP until such time we do announce a find (that has been worked hard, to prevent others from coming.)
