I have a question and I admitt, I do not have any technical stock knowledge, but it seems as though each day, there is a small opening buy at a penny. Someone seems to be trying to keep the price at that number. Who would buy 3000 shares of a penny stock. That is a $30.00 purchase.

Does anyone have any ideas about this?
