My focus was on Dubai too because the sheiks can afford it to get the DV installed on all cars running in the Emirates. The only thing I know about it is from the 2013 report. There it said that to start selling the DV it needs something like another certificate (sorry, can't remember the correct term) and that they already work on it. Let's hope, that as money starts pouring in things will move faster.
