That is part of the problem....no one expects anything different from McHenry. Most just accept the fact that he can't file basic OTC reports on time. There is no accountability when the CEO is majority shareholder by default. Then again this is a startup company. But at some point I would expect more professionalism from McHenry if he truly wants to up list.... All IMO. Maybe we get the attorney letter and quarterly report today?
