What about the pencil..Was it still on the desk as you stated from your visit last year? Was the pencil moved? The computer theory was not a logical answer..There had to be confidential information on the hard drive. The aussies would have taken the computer not as you suggested,,Then again your DD does not dispute Jim's suggestion that the office has been moved to Scottsdale Arizona..I think I will will bet on the move to Arizona and not your left field analysis you understand..imo Wolf

Woofie, a computer on a desk would not be worth shipping to Australia. The Aussies would have been interested in the lab equipment used to make the tests.

The notice was back in May so during the past few months, the creditor has probably made entry and determined if there were any assets remaining that were worthwhile. A computer I saw on the desk would have just gone to electronic recycling.
