I got shafted in a lot of pennies with companies like this. They want to be the only ones who make money until they finally break a company. Get shares for lending money. Sell short to bring the price down. Exercise their shares at the lower price. Cover the short and sell more shares. Then do it over and over again until the shares are so diluted that the company has to do a reverse split. Real A holes.
