I tend to believe that if the bank seized it, they probably already had a buyer lined up. Of course, that could fall through if they see the condition of it. Either that or they thought it was the best way to squeeze SH for cash.

Unfortunately, I don't have a background in this field so I really couldn't tell you what they could or could not produce other tha what I've read.

I no longer get responses from the company on my inquiries/questions so I really have no idea what is going to happen next with this. Overall, such a shame
