"At no time did I or anyone else acting on behalf of AHS and HTI
represent that HTI exclusively owned all the intellectual property rights in the products that were the subject of the Purchase Contract." [Purchase Contract refers to the contract with Process
to manufacture parts for the Hy-Impact unit[s} about June 2012]
So - the question remains - Who owns the IP rights to Hy-Impact units.
I do not believe that the IP in question is patented or trademarked.
