Tic Toc is never going to happen. The sheriff is just as corrupt as the guilty parties you note. One hand washes the other. All the oversight agencies are filled with people whose only concern is where will their connections get them. They will never step on anybody that will be instrumental in their career advancement. It's that corrupt.

Did you see or read about that whistleblower from the FED who exposed the backdoor deals that go on at Goldman Sachs? She got fired but not before tape recording hours of incriminating conversations that showed just how corrupted the oversight agencies are. Her wrongful termination case was denied by a judge who's just as corrupt as the company he was protecting. It's that corrupt.
