Now, why would the holders of restricteds sell their shares, given that they'd most likely be far more privy to the company's developments than mere retail shareholders?

but maybe a little increase in the Float has transpired as restricted shares are only restricted for a max time frame of 1 year. Maybe some of the selling is coming from there
