Actually from previous Q not that much difference in OS number of shares. Subsequent events we had some conversion, but you are quoting year on year, which is old news and was already known.

It's all about Shire trial and Pfizer litigation at the moment, not much else matters at the moment. One of these 2 things hit and we are golden, especially trial results.
