I'm also scratching my head about the low level of public engagement I see through social media. Heck, bring on a college intern to post pics of the Sunday pregame party, record short one-on-one interviews with some of the Baristas and start a Youtube channel, and other low cost initiatives that help tell the company story and direct traffic and eye balls to higher priced projects like the infomerical/reality show.
