Recently, when they ran out of treasury stock, they had the opportunity to increase their authorized, and print a whole lot of new shares
INSTEAD, they GAVE almost ALL of their OWN personal stock to the company, so that they could continue to raise capital and move their business plan forward WITHOUT diluting this company any further
