Great news that a settlement has been reached

Now DDCC can move forward with their own completely different design

It is a shame that private compenies like Synergy do not have to follow the same rules that public companies like Double Crown

I cannot explain how many levels of wrong and/or incomplete their "press release" was

Remember this folks: If DDCC does not tell the truth in their PR's, then they are subject to the full weight of the Federal Government

The only recourse against liars like Synergy is to sue them
