It takes a lot to pull together commercial portfolio binders for large transitions like the ones that SIPC is in process of completing. So much of what needs to be done has to be completed by Lawyers, Accountants and Bankers, oh my. Yes it is like lions, tigers and bears, oh my! Scary stuff to organize and takes a lot of time for them to do it. If all that work wasn't already completed, I might be concerned with the work ahead, but that's all done!
We are almost there, just in the home stretch now!
