Old adage..."They will do this this and then this"...

It would seem to me if Thomas took 4% in in-essence covering 400 million of the 500 million...

That leave 100 million to clear...

Just enough is what I heard...???

Don't have many shares in play here...imo 1/2 of mine are stuck in non self clearing and I won't pay surcharges which leave you at $2
