I have explained this numerous times. MGLG is listed as a random ticker with no market makers because it is a grey sheet dead stock. The ONLY reason why the ticker CANNOT be delisted is because the sec has no jurisdiction over non sec filers. MGLG was not an sec filer WAY BACK 5 years ago when it was suspended by the sec. MGLG is beyond over and dead. The last known o/s count was OVER 19 BILLION. Whatever the case, it's a dead caucus of a dead shell. Dead forever!!!
