Buying a struggling company can be a good idea, especially if that company lacked direction. The owner was an artist, not a business man.

Most of the great artists died poor. Just imagine if they would have found a good backer that could afford a good marketing team.

I think the Chubby Glass purchase was great for both GARB and for Chubby Glass.

As for your comment, "I believe that they will have to do a reverse split something in order to move it we will see how it goes." these stocks move easy enough. The problem is that they absolutely cannot stay up with this many shares. They may hold up for a while but they can never stay up. That is just simple economics.

You are right that the flippers will hurt us. The key to these stocks is studying human nature. If our A/S was lower the flippers couldn't hurt us as much. There are always flippers in any stock. The problem is that the more shares that there are, the bigger the effect of the flippers.

The R/S idea scares me. It will devastate the current shareholders but I fear that it is unavoidable. With the number of shares that I have it will be especially devastating for me. If Tammy could keep going the way that she is, slowly building the company, they could eventually do a share buy back. That is impossible in the short term because of the cost.

These companies often go bankrupt because of being cellar-boxed. Getting out of this position is imperative. Tammy has taken us out of a diving tailspin and leveled us off but that doesn't mean that we are safe. We are in a terribly unstable position. It will require a very steady hand and determination to start our ascent to a safe altitude.

I believe that if Tammy were in charge of a stable company, she would have had us rocketing through the stratosphere already. She has made great changes to GARB. If anyone can get us out of this, she can. That doesn't mean she can save us without a devastating RS.

I'm done rambling now. Sorry about writing a book. (no college work this week so I have to write somewhere )
