Not that it matters, if EMF does manage to harvest their leaves (right....), QEDN sees none of the benefits.
Not one.
The deal depends on QEDN providing financing, just like all their other deals. Never happens. Hard to provide financing with $36 bucks in cash. No assets.
So, EMF is not in any way a subsidiary of QEDN, they are engaged in a joint venture.
A joint venture doomed to failure even if QEDN does come up with the moola (LOL...), because EMF ain't the LLC with the assets. The LLC what owns everything is a shadow company run by Dear Leader Amato.
So guess where any money will end up?
Not that there will be any money, Amato had a sure bet, that the MJ laws would change and make what he is trying to do legal.
That didn't happen either, so EMF - whatever else it might be -
is A Criminal Enterprise.
