The full - unedited quote from that PR you link to is:

In Prof. Harris’ model of dengue vascular leak, dengue virus infection of the laboratory mouse strain, AG129, is 100% fatal when the mice are untreated. In contrast, in the same study, animals treated with one of NanoViricides' anti-dengue agents achieved an unprecedented 50% survival rate.

The part bolded and in color is the segment that was selectively left in and not edited out,.... significantly altering the meaning and possible interpretations of the sentence set from what was actually stated.

The short phrase I have underlined and added bold to demonstrates that both Denguecide treated, and untreated animals (controls) were part of the overall experimental design.

Compare that to what was in the previous post:

"In Prof. Harris’ model of dengue...AG129, is 100% fatal when the mice are untreated"

The PR doesn't refer to computer models in any way. It also demonstrates that at least part of the experimental design used in the experiments done with Denguecide in Dr. Harris' Lab included infected, but Denguecide non-treated mice in comparison to treated mice.

The argument being made does not hold water when the actual PR is examined.
