eWorld Companies has tried for years to push its Boomerang technology on the general public. They billed it as the cable-box for the internet, and then attempted for a while to white (private) label the technology to cater to companies and non-profits, and nothing has worked. The technology has not evolved since its development, it has not been marketed effectively (really the use of pitch-parties at SIR studios - like an MLM company - is how you decide to market this?), and it has not kept up with the times. No one, and I mean no one, with any technical ability knowledge (or a smart phone for that matter) is using this outdated piece of garbage. Lets get real people, the boomerang never really worked right, the technology used to originally offer alternative ads (alternatives to googles suggested ads)in the left hand column was probably the coolest thing about boomerang, but Henning killed any possibility of utilizing the techs power buy alienating the original tech team that built it by non-payment.

Lets fast forward to present day....

Currently he is billing Xperience Team as the next big thing. This is supposed to be a lifestyle events company. Just like eWorlds other ventures, this has not made any money, it has only been a vehicle for Henning to rope in new suckers into investing in his schemes, all the while true tech entrepreneurs are out there developing and marketing social engagement technology that has a true purpose (and was developed for much less than Henning's B.S. spin-off)and will most likely succeed. Attached is a link to the tech I am referring to: http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/money/social-network-caters-to-the-1percent-for-dollar9000-fee/ar-BB89CrY

Assuming Henning has made a profit (and I believe I am truly making an A$$ out of U and ME when I say assume) why has he been unable to pay his employees, some dating back to 2010 or earlier? Why does he continue to scam contractors and content providers? If you are truly in business for the long haul, and you have a worth while product worth protecting, you manage your reputation as effectively as you manage your company operation....two things Henning is extremely poor at doing.

This company and it's management are scamming you. They are taking your money and spending it on bogus events and bogus tech, none of which will ever produce a return. They constantly conduct reverse splits to screw the folks trading the pink sheets, and they screw their employees and contractors. Why would anyone in their right mind defend or promote this fraudulent nonsense.

Just so you all know....I speak from insider experience. I was with the company in 2007. These clowns have been scamming ever since, and have owed me money nearly as long. Make predictions all you want, I am speaking on facts from inside the belly of the beast.
