If the nut job management actually comes through with something finally, we could still see a run to 0010+, as long as the o/s doesn't keep dramatically increasing.

Oh, I don't think management are nut jobs. In fact, I suspect that this has gone mostly according to plan, the one exception being that they hoped to dump more shares before it hit no-bid.
