Yeah I have seen that, it is something else and the fact that some remaining BEHL shareholders wish to continue with his "vision" is quite ridiculous. But that is a new spin if he is trying to remain private since before he was trying to get a TSX shell to supposedly issue BEHL shareholders a "dividend", which is comical to say the least considering Canadian securities laws are the same as US securities laws.

I doubt he ever gets the kind of interest as he had here in the US.
