While it looks like management does have a lot of shares in their hands, promoters and sideline entertainers will be dumping into their next marketing campaign. In order to move this (I hope you guys are ready to be disappointed) they are going to need a top line agency to move these shares that are going to flood the market at these lower levels because for a lot .000's to .02's were a huge loading point. Who is ever in this already is going to plan accordingly to dispose of shares here.

Pushing these shares is going to take a good $15-20K campaign.
