Probably need Financials filed...

Big question is Encounter Tech shares verses Development shares seems it was development shares that went to PTEL when MMX assets were transferred. Seems like a split and merger of some sort to me. Who has a part ? hard to say, been a lot of players and wheeling and dealing over 4 years.

I'm a Crazy Scots-Irishman Blue Blood... It's probably not a good idea to listen to me...every thing I say is of my opinion. I'm not a good place to get investment advise...
