I respectfully disagree with you as this is not a valid reason to conduct business and there is no guarantee what other unethical conducts would be exercised for getting businesses done, including bribes.
Also we have no idea if advancing business is only part of DL's game plan which would eventually beneficial to shareholders or DL (or insiders) until happens. It would be too late to know if things turn out unfavorable (scam operation), like what we are currently at.
The way he obstructs justice and his past records have clearly indicated DL is an overly aggressive businessman who would use whatever means it takes to get things done, whether or not ethically and lawfully.
A lot of investors, including myself, appreciated his works and trusted him by holding share position tight when we had chances to get out of the mess. 2 year sentence would be unfair and cannot reflect the crime he committed and the damages he made to the investing public, imo!
