Look at all those Form 4s filed yesterday. Executives bought approximately $66,000 worth at $4.15. I personally wouldn't be setting a stop loss at a level where the insiders are beginning to nibble.

SD has the cash on hand to retire the $650 million due next April. If they retire that debt outright, it would enhance common share value. If they roll the debt, share price is going to get slammed.

The people who may be in a position to have a better idea than us retail slobs of what will happen in April are starting to buy. Have to keep watching the Form 4s through the next two quarters.
