WHAT OTHER POSSIBILITIES EVEN EXIST?

The IQD will:

a) FLOAT
b) RV
c) LOP

I mean come on - how can you even post someones crap when they cant take a position and make a commitment to a viewpoint?

At least TLAR has an opinion (IMO a valid one just delays) and does not try to make a bet on all of the numbers available

I mean it is like someone going to a roulette table and betting on every number
