Jerome has been doing this for years. It's not his fault it's the fault of our government more worried about someone with a joint in their hand rather than these white collar criminals in pink land. I'm actually looking into making my company public soon. We are profitable over 100,000 a year profit with little expenses and overhead. I'm amazed that this garbage continues to be allowed to be public w/ r/split after r/split.

Our country is filled with trash CEO's wannabees like Jerome here. He should be jail alongside of ENRON and others.
