If Afford's theory is correct, Biotech (maybe AF?) decided to put back up his article and keep it there on SA. I wrote a follow up letting him know my guess is that the longer he leaves the article up, the more damages accumulate.

Anyway, point is that Larry Smith believes and SEC and/or Justice Department Investigation could get emails, etc.

If the SEC and Justice Department can't get something out of this, then AF and Cramer have corrupt friends in very very high places.
