Sorry to say Lurvey. But they should be fully protected bye the forward looking statement. Every single filing or pr has their get out of jail free card at the bottom. Even their own accountants warned everyone about himr being able to continue business. I had no one to blame when I took my chances last year. I was lucky and walked away with 500% gain in December. I emailed about 30 different ex pats and anyone down there that would reply. Nobody had heard of them or seen evidence of them even being on the lake. Anyone who bought these past few months should take a lesson from this turd and apply it to all the other otc turds out there. Except the fact that 90% of these plays are scams and don't give them your money. If you do you better have an exit plan in place. Good luck
